The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (300mm x 222mm x125mm) and thus offers a 16% larger cooling surface and 113% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition core supports a very high ratio of airflow and is also very light. The weight of complete intercooler is only 5,5kg. The endtanks of the intercooler are made ??of cast aluminum and have been optimized under flow analyzes in the CAD system.
